Does anyone know if there's an elder care caregiver advocacy group?

I am looking for one in the NY area. I made the mistake of looking for a second opinion from a hospital in my area that turned out to be a nightmare. I cannot get rid of these people. I am close to threatening to have them arrested if they step on my property. Any suggestions?
