Sites I have seen want you to fill it out online and then print. I just want the blank form. Can I pick one up somewhere such as Office Max or such? Thanks

I agree! Get a lawyer. It's not that expensive for basic will.

Do not do this! Laws are different depending on what state you are in. Money will be well spent to have an elder law attorney assist. Some will even send a staff person to your home. And definitely use the free 30 or 60 minute consultation availabe from many attornets.

A word of caution, be very careful about using any type of blank Will from the internet or from an office supply store. Every State has different rules regarding a Will. One misplaced word or wrong word could create a nightmare after the fact.

Yes, office supply stores do carry a box kit for Wills, on-line. I don't recall seeing any kits in the stores themselves.
