Does rehab have to keep my Mom if she cannot go home?

I thought I read that once they accepted her for rehab they had to keep her in the state of florida if she could not go home to take care of herself.

If you are her POA, you insist she cannot go home and ask for help in finding proper placement for her. Meet with the Social Worker and Discharge Planner.
