Some do not!

Since very case is different there could be some wrenches thrown into those Directives, especially if one was hand written or pulled off the Internet to be used. All it takes is one misplaced word that makes it difficult for the health care facility to follow. And what about the relatives who don't want the patient to use the Directive that was already written thus disrupts the whole course of events.
