My FIL has Stage 4 Glioblastoma (GBM), and has begun having seizures and other health issues. They have chosen to go home and get hospice care. What all does Medicare cover for hospice care?

Medicare pays for Hospice at home. But, they will not be there 24/7. A Nurse will evaluate him and admit him to the service. The nurse will only come a few times a week. An aide may come everyday to bathe the person. Family will be trained for administering meds. He will be kept comfortable and nurse s/b on call 24/7. Someone will need to be there 24/7.
