NH spouse never owned/contributed to, nor had authority or permission to ever withdraw from my accounts. All assets were joint when applying for Medicaid. Continuing Medicaid still requires community spouse submit her statements for her individual accounts. CS account values are still below the $120K required by Medicaid. I'm wondering if my IRA and mutual funds accounts are forever joint assets for Medicaid purposes.

Unless the federal government and your state revises Medicaid law, assets of a marriage like that are forever joint assets as long as you are married. How the assets are treated if you are ever divorced is different, but Medicaid rules are strict because they allow inter-spouse transfers and have some exceptions already for income and assets.
