Find Care & Housing
I found this old post, and am copying it here to bring the situation current:

"Dad & Mom are in a nice homey Facility. Dad keeps Hallucinating & seeing a man in there room who he believes is trying to steel his wife (mom). He is very upset about the situation. This constantly happens usually early morning. The staff told Dad to tell the guy that he was gonna start charging him ( the strange man) rent. This got rid of the nonexistent fellow for 2 days. We tried a small amount of reasoning with dad but of course that did not work. If this did not agitate him so much I would ignore it but it also scares me for Moms safety-- what if he mistook her for the "Guy". I know about staying in HIS WORLD BUT HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM or similar & solved it. He is fine most of the day. Any help?"

I'm confused. If your mother passed 10 years ago, per the current post, that would have been 2010, yet your 2014 post indicates both parents were alive in 2014. Could you explain, so people can provide answers closer to your real concerns?

Is it possible someone else is using your screen name?

"Matter" in what sense? Of obligations for real property taxes and upkeep? For heirs? Possible noncompliance with terms of the Will?

What are your real concerns here?

Really need more info.

Is someone living in the house, like a spouse?

Was the Will probated?

Who has been keeping up the home? Who was it left to?

Was Probate done? Usually when it is, the house goes to the beneficiary/s and that person/s goes to the County Clerk and has the deed changed to their name/s.

Wow. Need more info. You say on "their house". Does that mean that your Dad is still living there. Is her name the only name on the property, or is it in the name of Jane Doe and Joe Doe, and only Jane has died?
