Does anyone know about stair lift chairs?

They are expensive as H*ll and if the patient has dementia, they pose a considerable risk of injury. Not covered by any insurance. They decrease the value of your home and leave nasty holes when you take them out. It would be cheaper to put in another bathroom on the first floor.
