You have posted 4x since March 14 asking a question but you have not responded to questions that have been asked.

I think you need a lawyer. He can answer most of the questions u have asked. You need to protect the 50% of marital assets you are entitled to. As a Military Wife, you need to contact the VA office in your County to find out what ur entitled to if you divorce.

We r a forum of everyday people caring for LOs and sharing experiences. We can point you in the right direction but we cannot answer the types of questions ur asking. Every State/Countrys laws are different. Every situation is different. Again, get yourself that lawyer.
