If your or your LO is a Medicaid recipient, then you can contact any number of supplies (one I'm aware of is Activstyle.com). Your incontinence products can be very low cost or maybe even no cost.

There is such a thing as an Adult Diaper Bank! See more info here:

You can contact your area's Agency on Aging for resources as well.

If he is a Veteran it is possible that the VA will provide some supplies.
Many Senior Centers have "Diaper Banks" and you can get some there. Many Food pantries also have some although most would probably be for infants and children.
If your loved one is eligible for Hospice they can often be provided by Hospice.
I used mostly washable bed pads rather than disposable ones.
