If were making a POA form and the POA successor Attorney in fact lives in another state. Do we mail the form to them and they just sign it?

I am not aware of the need for the POA or successor to sign the document, ever.

If you are thinking of doing the document yourselves I suggest you get an attorney instead. If you are asking this question in the first place there could be some unforeseen mistakes in the making.
