Do people hang up on loved ones after yelling and screaming, blaming them for things for years then treat the other loved one with respect?

I have a family member who lost someone and is blaming my sister because she did not come home from out of town when this person wanted her to. This person hung up on her 7 times just 1 day ago?

Shes grieving . Give her time to get some perspective and it will probably resolve itself
