Your question is confusing. It sounds like you and mom live together and you have been caring for her. Now for some reason, possibly concern about your health or hers, the relatives think she needs more care than you can provide. Are these your kids, her siblings, your siblings? The part about POA doesn't quite make sense here. Do you mean where can you get a POA form or what? Please give more details so we can help you.
