Disabled with many issues and severe incontinence needing diapers 24/7. But can do some stuff on his own.

Are you asking where to guy them? Or how to afford them? At 50 years old and competent, this person will need to apply for SSDI - or - maybe would medically and financially qualify for Medicaid. Contact social services for his county (Dept of Health and Human Resources / Social Services). They can come do an in-home assessment and get you a case manager.

Another resource is his local area's Agency on Aging (usually a govt organization) so may be a .gov website.

Sorry about miss understanding,I am looking for an home Care Person. That my insurance will pay for. I am on disability an Can't do private pay. I have been trying get an aide through my insurance CDPHP Medicaid select plan, had no luck. My insurance told me try going online. That what I'm doing. A little about health issues anxiety,sleep apnea restless legs issues urinary incontinence epilepsy mingrains. I have a hard time doing everyday tasks. I do wear Diapers all time and having a hard time with bathing and changing my Diapers to. I have some mobility issues to. I hope this clear things up. If anyone has idea let me know.
