My expierance is that giving them the use of your credit card only feeds a problem they have to work out on thier own. Giving money to some one unable to manage thier own financies is only reforcing them not living with in thier means. If it was me I would support them with love and not money.
I am so sorry for your daughter's behavior! It sounds shameful. What reason do they give for not repaying? After they declare bankruptcy, are you still responsible for the two cars and house?

If I were you, I would go to a lawyer first, before the police, because that will probably end any relationship between you.
