Linda, if you are having this problem, let someone at the facility know and ask them to talk to the doctor about it. Maybe your medicines need to be adjusted. Did this new symptom just begin today?

Are they dry and sticky? Watch out for the eyedrops that say they will "take the red out" because they can dry the eyeball.

I don't know what exactly the term to describe your case, but I suggest you to go to your eye doctor and get some treatment to fix your problem.

This can be due to dry eyes. A simple schirmer test can help to identify this. I had dry eye syndrome and used to use contact lenses, which actually was very irritating and itchy at times. I had to finally resort for a laser surgery from See By Intravision in Oakville. This was actually very effective as the itchy feel was no more felt.
