Nowaytoturn, if the patient is poopy pants, ADC's and ALF's don't want them. They will put up with piddle pants if the client can change themselves without making a mess.

She stay at home alone and can care for herself but she is a baby like for someone to do things for her. She was caregiver for her father and husband and did a lot for them before they passed. Now she thinks the same should be done for her. But she can still bath herself with standby assistance. Cook with out any assistance. Getting dressed is a little hard but she can do it it just takes sometime. She need to be out with people.

Is she healthy enough to go to an ADC?

She is not a candidate for Adult Day Care or even Assisted Living. She needs a full Nursing Home and you should look into available facilities, because there is a lot of paperwork and long waiting lists.
