I've been asked to care for an elderly lady. I would stay 24 hrs overnight. I'm not sure what to charge an hour. Could you help me?

I live in western NY, and here companions get $12-15 per hour. That does not include any hands-on assistance, just companionship. If you have to do personal care, figure $20 per hour. Chauffeurs get $30 per hour. We were lucky and got an RN for four straight days at $200 per day to care for mom after eye surgery.
