My Mom's in rehab. I'm disabled and cannot care for her. Can I refuse to take her home until they find a nursing home facility

It's takes 90 days for medical to approve or disapprove. I have no money to pay out of pocket. My mother left side is paralyzed she need 24 hr care. I have limitation in my hands unable to lift her.

Yes, you can and must simply refuse to take her home. Talk to the social worker.
