I'm taking care of mother. She is becoming more and more dependent. I am spending more time taking her to doctors and day to day home activities. Can I get paid through Medicare or Medicaid for the time spent?

Your mom can certainly pay you, you can have a caregiver agreement drawn up. Your state does has a stipend program that pays family caregivers but it looks like your mother would need to be financially eligible and medically needy nearly to the point where she needs to be in a nursing home. You can find out more about this program at your local department of social services. If she doesn’t qualify for you to be the caregiver, she may qualify for another level of care & someone other than you would be her caregiver.

Medicare does not pay for aides. You could check with the Medicaid office in ur County. If they won't allow you, she may qualify for an aide. Which will give u a break.
