Find Care & Housing
If you are on Medicare, have your doctor write a prescription for an adjustable hospital bed. They should even be willing to contact a medical equipment company who will deliver and set it up for you. If you have not yet met your Part B deductible of $135, you may owe that.

If you’re  writing about something like a “Sleep Number” mattress and bed, you will have to pay out of pocket for that.

You can also find used motorized hospital beds on Ebay and Craigslist. I'd buy a new hospital mattress though.
