I am in need of an adjustable bed and mattress. I have severe back issues and am no longer comfortable sleeping laying flat on my bed. Have been sleeping in recliner

You can also find used motorized hospital beds on Ebay and Craigslist. I'd buy a new hospital mattress though.

If you are on Medicare, have your doctor write a prescription for an adjustable hospital bed. They should even be willing to contact a medical equipment company who will deliver and set it up for you. If you have not yet met your Part B deductible of $135, you may owe that.

If you’re  writing about something like a “Sleep Number” mattress and bed, you will have to pay out of pocket for that.
