Check the rules for your state WITH your state. Do know that you have to report income. If this income changes rules for your SSD payments, they will let you know when you call.

So if I am trying to get on disability in Georgia and my mother is needing a caregiver agreement signed by me that I will be taking care of her that will not affect me trying for disability? Because it states that I get paid for doing her household chores

So you can't work a job but, you can take care of your mom?

I totally disagree that you should get SSD if you can be a contracted caregiver. Get a job is my advice.

Are you trying to claim caregiving payments through Medicaid and SSD payments as well? If so, that's kind of double dipping from the governmental trough, but check out with SSD.
