Can anyone recommend a fall detection alert system w/o subscription?

Can anyone recommend a medical alert / phone system that is programmed to call emergency contact numbers? We don’t need a monitoring service. 2 way talk from a wearable pendant is a nice to have, but a recording that goes to a specified call list will do.

We had the alert button from Humana. Did not like it. Response time was slow.
