If the transferring patient is covid (-) and vaccinated, yes. It would be assumed that the residents who were covid (+) at the SNF were sequestered and that the (-) residents had been vaccinated.

Most places have opened up. Even during COVID they took patients but guaranteed them.

My mom came back to her nursing home from the hospital, then a rehab stay. She was quarantined for two weeks when she first came back, then tested positive on the last day and was quarantined for an additional three weeks. They handled it all just fine, and she was care for by caregivers who'd had Covid already.

My dad went during lockdown, he just was isolated for 14 days. Now he’s vaccinated so I don’t know what the rule would be.
