If you want to pay one out of your pocket, then yes. Otherwise your insurance will probably only pay for a few hours of in home care, so you are better off going to a rehab center, where you will get 24/7 care, and your insurance will cover it completely, or at least most of it, depending on your insurance. Hope all goes well with your replacements.

Are u on Medicare? Will you be getting "in home" therapy for physical therapy? If so, an aide is provided but usually 3 days a week to help with bathing. Medicare will pay for in home care but only until client is released from care. You could check with ur health insurance suppliment and see if it covers aides. If they don't, check with Office of Aging to see if they provide aides. If none of these suggestions work, you will need to pay out of pocket for an aide.
