Find Care & Housing
If you are asking if Medicaid will pay for a spouse to be a personal care assistant in Nevada, the answer is NO. The state of Nevada does not pay individuals to provide care for a spouse since they are considered to be an LRI, legally responsible individual, who should provide care without payment by law.

Of course. Anyone willing and able can be your caregiver.

If you mean can he be paid for this...yes, as long as you are paying him and make sure you have a written agreement.
