Robert888 - If you are renting, I suppose you could use your lease or rental agreement, but that shows what the whole household pays and probably doesn't include, utilities, phone and cable. If you need a document showing your parent's part, I would do a separate one that is between you and them and is the correct percentage of all the living expenses.
Of course, after meeting her Medicaid spend down every month, there isn't any money left for her to pay any rent, but that's another story!
