Is there a bed wedge that works to prevent my wife from turning?

I have seen full length pillows at many of the big box stores, a wedge shaped pillow at Harriet Carter catalog.

You can use bed pillows around her. I saw in a catalog a U shaped pillow where you put your head in the bottom of the u and the sides wrap around your body. Don't remember where I saw that, but you could do a google search. It might have also been Harriet Carter.
