My clients husband had open heart surgery the other day and i was in the hospital with my client. And my office knew I was there and so did the care coordinator and they all said that it was find to service my client there and the yesterday I got a call from my HR person saying that I wasn't supposed to do that and I've got to come into the office on Tuesday to talk to HR and for retraining. I've been with the company almost 4 yrs.

Sounds like Human Resources needs to talk to your Office and the Care Coordinator since it was their office that gave you the go ahead to be at the hospital with your client. As for the re-training, any type of training as a refresher course is worth the time.
