Is there an attorney that specializes in caregiver rights?

I am LIVID with my local APS . After 4.5yrs of no relief live in friend which eventually became care giver . . APS has ASSUMED I had been abusing my 64yr old friend of Adult Abuse & Financial Abuse based from a blurped opinion of an emergency room employee: "I think this man was abused" ! ! !
APS (never informing me) stripped me of my DPOA etc . . Authority because of that "comment" after 2 months in the hospital. Appointed a guardian as well and initiated an investigation. (I knew nothing was happening until 5Jan2015 when I got a call from local Sheriff's office to come in and answer questions which I did)
March 17th, @8am Sheriff handed me a TRO effective immediately . . I had 15mins to get out.
I could go on and on . . What I am DESPERATE TO LOCATE is an ATTORNEY WHO SPECIALIZES IN Representing CARE GIVERs . . IMMEDIATELY . . I've searched and searched . . BTW . . I have not and will not be charged with ANY CRIMINAL CHARGES because the "system" presented no proof when I went to court 30 days later re: my temp TRO.
I lost everything I owned, have been HOMELESS SINCE . . I AM MAD AND READY TO FILE A LAW SUIT NOW!
You ask yourself . . She sounds so sure if herself . . Because since MAR 2015 they have realized they illegally evicted me (yes I have the signed title of a 1997 mobile home, a written IRREVOCABLE TRUST, Vehicle Title signed all by the man I took care of . . I never processed any of it into my name because I WAS HELPING A FRIEND IN NEED . . I wasn't looking to gain anything)
BOTTOM LINE: I LIVE near Sacramento, CA and i am VERY VERY SERIOUS IN FINDING AN ATTORNEY ASAP . . APS has just begun HARRASING me everyday hoping they can fix what they screwed up handling the situation)
I AM EXTREMELY DESPERATE . . CAN ANY ONE REFER ME TO THE RIGHT ATTORNEY that will be passionate in representing me in my civil law suit against the county and local services ? ?
