Can an assisted living facility restrict me from seeing my mom?

Not legally.She has a right to see family even if you two did have an argument in her room. Seek legal help for this.

I tried not to let family members to take husband out of nursing home because I thought they would move him some where else or make me feel bad and bring him back home. He is having trouble misplacing his hearing aides. One was put through laundry and is in bits & pieces. Brought another pair we had at home. Just getting ready to tell the girls to have Nurse put hearing aides in her cart and no telling where he took it off this time! Can't afford new hearing aides every week! Norma
