Mom doesn't do well with 2 sisters. She has mild dementia and she can sense their uncaring or unemotional ways toward her. But dhe does fine w ith 3 other daughters. These 2 stay with mom together

Can you be present while they are there with her? I know that my mother feels comfortable while I'm around while one sibling visits, so I stay with her. I don't think you can prevent them from seeing her....they're her daughters too. Maybe you can have a civil talk with them letting them know to "be gentle" and more compassionate since her dementia may make her view things differently. (Even if that's not the case.) I think communication would be your best bet right now. Good luck, please keep updating...

And I meant, my mom feels uncomfortable while my sister visits, so she asks me to stay. (Sorry, my mind is mush tonight!)
