Find Care & Housing
I have no idea if it’s common but I too had chest anxiety when my MIL was dying from PF last year. We found out the official diagnosis in early 2018 and my anxiety started when she entered hospice last march. I had some chest pain and shortness of breath and at times I was scared I had it too. I honestly think it’s a natural reaction.

JWzari, what are your symptoms when you say you have anxiety in your chest?

Is your heart fluttering? If yes, see your primary doctor immediately as that could be the start of a heart issue. I started to have that while helping my very elderly parents. Medication has helped limit the fluttering even though I still have shortness of breath.
