I am seeking such a program for my relative recently diagnosed with dementia and is living at home with a caregiver but needs outside engagement not only for her sanity but for all of us helping to care for her. She can be extremely difficult to manage due to behaviors that involves dealing yelling and cursing. It may be in part because she may be bored but the behaviors are so trying as she is often irrational and hard to redirect. She has basic insurance which does not cover such programs, but she does not qualify for Medicaid.

If she doesn't qualify for medicaid, it's because she has income or assets. She can use those to pay for the program.
