He does not have a valid will. He is 86 and this really worries me. Thank you for your help. I live in Roswell GA. would be more than happy to drive to you for this notorization.

My understanding of the notary process is that a KS notary must be resident of the State of KS. I suspect that finding such a person in Georgia will be extremely difficult. If you haven't already done so, perhaps you could talk to a GA notary to see if the GA notary seal would be accepted in KS. There may be a reciprocity arrangement. Good Luck.

I can get him to fill it out and send it to a friend of mine in KS and she could help him. I was told that any notary will do, but my lawyer said no. Thank you for your input.
