Anyone here moved a loved one into a seniors' facility during pandemic only to regret it due to improper/unhealthy care conditions arising?

We need more information in order to respond to your question. What type of "improper/unhealthy care conditions"? If this is the case, why not report it to the state or an ombudsman (with photo evidence)? Also, the covid has made a labor shortage even worse, so if part of the issue is understaffing, this is happening in many places.
