I haven’t looked for them but I understand that there are versions of adult “onesies” available for this purpose.

As a youngster, Rainman use to do this at night - actually he would completely strip down to the buff and then, unfortunately pee somewhere in his room.

Another parent suggested - one piece footed pajamas put on backwards. Rainman has been wearing them ever since - he is almost 25 now. You do need to cut the feet off - the pjs, not the person - to avoid tripping.

Silvert's and Buck&Buck both carry Alzheimer's clothing that zips/buttons down the back.

They have depends now in really neat styles with prints on them that look just like boxer shorts only depends style with padding but are depends. Just get those and tell them they are the new designer underware for protection. They look pretty cool too, not like the white ones.
