Is there any insurance company that my niece could get min coverage that is low cost?

One suggestion is to go to the Afford Care Act website [healthcare.gov] which will direct to many different health insurance companies. Can she still qualify to be under her parent's health care plan?

PLEASE enroll her in Medicare and Medicaid ASAP. Call your county social services ASAP. MANY benefits available for her!!! SSDI!!
