I have Medicare.

Dear TLP1962,

If you need supplies delivered, please try using Amazon or Wal-Mart. Order online and they will deliver to your residence. I'm not sure if a social worker could help you coordinate a delivery service for your supplies as well.

As an aside, I believe that these products are private pay--- not covered by Medicare.

Did you mean Medicaid and Medicare? Medicaid has a directory of vendors for these products.
If you have your Primary Care Doctor's order regarding the need for the product, Medicaid may be helpful along with the Doctors Medicaid license # sent to the DME provider to deliver based on the product guidelines or your diagnosis. Hope that helps.

You can ask your provider to try to bill these as DME (Durable Medical Equipment) under Medicare part B (pretty sure). In some states Medicaid may cover these but each state is different. Go on the websites, type in what you have a question about if it's covered (adult incontinence supplies) under DME on both Medicare (CMMS the federal site) & Google your state's Medicaid website and ask on those two sites.
Good luck.
Many times these are private pay.
