How do you address Elder Abuse when it is suspected?

Pilfering and stealing from bank accounts. For example being influenced to purchase a high end automobile that he can't afford because of unemployment.

Could you let us know a little more? Is his name on the bank accounts? Is he POA? Or does he talk your father into giving him money or signing for things? Maybe someone has some good advice if you'll let us know what is going on.
