I saw a post about an online counseling program (pasted it below for reference), and I am interested if anyone has tried this or something similar. I don't know if I have time for it, but I know there could be benefits. Any suggestions?

LEAF is an online caregiver support program for family, friends, or care partners of people with Alzheimer’s.

The study, Life Enhancing Activities for Family Caregivers (LEAF), funded by the National Institute on Aging, is delivered online with learning sessions to manage caregiver stress and promote well-being. The sessions provide knowledge and skills to care for someone with Alzheimer’s. Sessions will be held once a week for six weeks, plus home practice activities and online surveys. The program is offered to participants free of cost.

Wow, this SOUNDS wonderful and being a part of UCSF I would bet it is. It is funded by a great group all the way around and free of cost.
If you attend seminars online I hope you will update us as to how you find it.
Wonderful you posted it for us.
