When my elderly parents began asking for only soft foods, I had to rack my brain with what to cook. The kindle ebook "Simply Soft Food" was a cookbook that worked great. It has 200 recipes of soft (not pureed) food, so gives variety. I was worried about them getting enough nutrition in their diets, since they could only eat soft food, but it has worked great.

We recommend slow cookers. They are brilliant at producing soft food with all the nutrition. The best part is you parents get to cook like they used to and you dont have to worry about their safety in the kitchen. Good luck seniorshelpingseniorsslow-cooked-lancashire-hot-pot
