after my Mom passed, I realized that I had been mourning her loss for more than a year before.

I wanted my real Mom back too. I still do. I always will.

My mother took me and my brother to a fortune teller/palm reader umpty years ago. We were told that our mother would live to 80 years old. Well, she didn't die when she turned 80 in winter of 2016, instead she developed Alzeimher's almost overnight. She's not the same person ever since and keeps getting worse. So, in a way, our mother did die at 80 years old.
