Thanks for posting this guide, I reviewed it and it gives helpful info mostly in the later pages.

Because the title mentions the guide is for elders in AL or NHs, it doesn't address that a great deal of financial abuse happens BEFORE elders are ever in a care facility.

I've copied the link and downloaded the material and probably will read it during our first winter storm tomorrow.
