Saw an article that they are now being sold on Amazon for about $50.00 ,thinking of getting on for my husband and for my mom's bedside commode.Anybody used one of these?

Yes, great idea! But, my mom is so advanced in her dementia that she woulld be afraid of it as she is nightlights because then bulb she thinks is a fire.

What a great idea !! I know I have read when one starts to have bad eyesight, that putting a color lid helps the person find the toilet easier. I just googled "glow in the dark toilet seats", there is quite a variety. Hope they are easy to clean and the glow doesn't come off.
