Find Care & Housing
Thank you for your answers. I was not able to find out anything at that site before asking here, however, checked it again. I was aware I could have one car, single, disabled. but was not sure about children having replaced my car putting it in my name as well. Thanks again, it seems hard to find a definitive answer. Perhaps, I should just put it as a personal loan on car as I will be making payments to them. I think a "gift" would be a problem???

One car is an exempt asset. It will not affect Medicaid eligibility. But that is one car per couple, if you are married.
