There was a woman on the forum that was able to get Medicare help for her Mom and an Aunt. I think it fell under "intermittent" care. Look it up on the Medicare site.

If she has a Medicare Advantage they do advertise help with aides.

If your mom has traditional Medicare, call a home health company in your area and ask for an evaluation. They may be able to help you determine if her insurance will pay over the phone before coming out. She will require some skilled nursing, such as setting up her medication. With this care she is eligible for a CNA to visit a few times a week to give her a bath. This is through the portion of Medicare where the patient is mostly homebound.
Google Area Agency on Aging, your county, your state to see what local services are available for both you and mom.
