92 mom woke today with pain she stated on her middle left side. Called ambulance and now there keeping her. I have no news to go on yet , I'm very worried
Sorry to hear that. When my mom had a small one last year, two doctors said we get them all the time and the body usually takes care of them. And that's what happened; hopefully the same for your mom!
Thank you , I haven't been able to go to the hospital cuz I'm still caring for my dad and he's 90 and can't leave home she is just called the police to have a check saying I'm here abusing him and when the hospital called me she was in an episode but they think was sundowning and maybe the starting of dementia she was combative I don't know what's going to happen now but thank you for your reply
A blod clot in the lug is serious, and I can't imagine she'd be there just overnight. My MIL was in the hospital with that for a week at least, but it was 10 years ago.
You can't do much except get some sleep tonight and talk to the docs in the morning after they've seen her. She's in the best place for her problem, so that's the good thing.
