My local senior center welcomes donations of incontinence products. The ones I have donated were unopened. They may also accept or be able to connect you with people or organizations that also accept medical equipment.
I used my local social services. If you have a FB. (your town) freebies group, look them up and join. See how they anonomously do it. Usually is is a PPU or porch pick up so you have no contact.
Where I live, thats the Visiting Nurses for both. Try "in home" agencies. Local Nursing Homes maybe glad to get them. Redcross, Ruritans (if u live in a State that has them) and the Lions club.
Before you donate durable equipment, make sure they aren't being rented by Medicare. Hospital beds and wheelchairs may be. The provider should be able to tell you.

(some may take opened ones if they have a senior program where they might use them "in house" but they probably would not give them out to families. the one in my area takes all sizes from infant up.
